SAN LUIS OBISPO BUNGALOW

Our two bedroom, one bath home is fully furnished and will be available for rent January and February. The house is located on a quiet street less than a mile from downtown San Luis Obispo. The house is steps from the Railraod bike path, Sinsheimer Park, and the SLO Food Co-op. We might be biased but the location is pretty unbeatable. The house includes:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Full bath
Outdoor Shower

Self check-in
Washer and Dryer
Dishwasher
Full range/oven
Wifi (obviously) but….
No TV. If this is a deal breaker, we can get one with an old version of AppleTV
Fridge stocked with a six pack of our favorite beer for your enjoyment
Coffee maker(s), toaster, pots/pans…all the kitchen appliances you’d want in your own home
Banana bread loaf pan, brownie pan and pie tins because if you aren’t baking at night, what are you doing?
Plenty of Parking for your cars, trailers, boats, RVs, bikes, surfboards, rollerblades
Lemons…lots of lemons and other goodies from our garden

Available: End of December-end of February
Duration: 2 week minimum, ideally 30 days at a time but we are super flexible
Pets are not allowed unless you can prove to us that they will not pee in our house, chew up our furniture, or dig up our garden. If you can do that, then you will also pay us a large sum for extra cleaning. It’s not not possible, but it’s mostly not going to happen for you.

If we were going to put it in Airbnb, this is what we’d ask for:
2 weeks @ $115/night
4 weeks+ @ $95/night
14+ years of knowledge of the area: Free.99
…But since we aren’t putting it on Airbnb just make us an offer.

COVID PREPARATIONS:
The house will be thoroughly cleaned by professional cleaners according to all WHO and CDC guidelines. We follow Airbnbs five step process between guest stays. Learn more.

While we will not be on the property during your stay, we will be available by phone. For immediate needs, there is an ADU behind the main house separated by a garage and large yard currently occupied by a tenant (aka our brother). 99% chance you will have little to no interaction with him but should there be anything that you need during your stay, he will be available. Renting the main house allows for access to the front yard and a small yard behind the house up until the garage. Everything from the garage and beyond will not be accessible during your stay….unless you bring our brother a six pack and some wings. Then he’ll gladly share the deck with you :)
